SIEMENS AND ENVALIOR COLLABORATE ON BIO-BASED ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
Siemens Smart Infrastructure launched a new series of coupling relays with housings made from 70% bio-based, halogen-free, flame-retardant Akulon® K225-KS B-MB.
The Puma Fast-FWD NITRO Elite for best times in short-distance running
Puma’s ultra-lightweight shoe offers mechanical support to propel the wearer forward. The maximized energy transfer can be attributed to a new technique developed by Puma for midsoles combining a carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic plate – or PWRPLATE as it’s called – and a foam layer. The PWRPLATE is made of a material variant of the Tepex dynalite product family from Envalior.
Union binding creates sustainable snowboard binding with Durethan® Blue
The binding features Envalior’s eco-friendly Durethan® Blue, made from 90% sustainable raw materials, providing high mechanical strength, stiffness and cold temperature durability.
Ahrend sustainable office chair made with Akulon® RePurposed
The structural components of Ahrend’s Remode sustainable office chair are made of Envalior’s Akulon® RePurposed. The mechanical recyclate from old fishing nets meets the stiffness and strength requirements in Remode’s load-bearing chair parts.
KOKI Lightweight automotive shift fork realized with ForTii ® ACE
KOKI selected ForTii® ACE PPA for its lightweight shift fork application, because it offers extreme high stiffness up to 160°C, design freedom and maximum wear resistance without the need for additional bushings.
Norda™ partners with Envalior to deliver the lightest, most resilient and durable trail running shoe made with Arnitel®
Norda™ created the 005 ultra distance super shoe with innovative midsole made of Envalior’s Arnitel®, our thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC).
